Technical Council
The Technical Council decides on all technical aspects related to the EMICODE® labelling system. This includes the incorporation of new products or the updating of technical documents, e.g. the GEV test method or the GEV classification criteria. The scientific consideration of substance issues, the evaluation of the suitability of tests and the weighing of the practical feasibility of requirements are part of the task profile of the Technical Council, which is elected by the members every two years.
